August is National Wellness Month, and a perfect time to focus on taking care of yourself – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 

“Wellness” can be tricky to define. So, let’s break it down. What does it mean to B-Well?  

Wellness could be defined as practicing healthy habits daily to attain better physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.   

Here at Ballad Health, our B-Well wellness program is built on six pillars of holistic wellness. Each pillar needs to be individually strong and also interdependent for each of us to be the greatest version of ourselves.

This is no easy feat, but don’t worry: We’re here for you every step of the way! You’ll even be rewarded for taking care of yourself. Each Ballad Health team member is eligible for up to $250 in rewards just by completing simple tasks within the Sharecare app.
